Lovely food. The chicken was moist and the sauces were fresh and tasty. Was very nervous having read some of the reviews, but we found the reception and service was very friendly and attentive (without being overpowering) and the food was really good. Used a group on voucher, but would go back again without.

Decor little outdated, but suits place and you know what,doesn't matter!! Once seated felt relaxed and extremely friendly service. Food was amazing and nice touch that chief came out to see if everything was up to scratch and to say goodnight. Only downside no draught beers or ciders so struggled on the drinks side. Would definitely recommend. Not somewhere to go in a rush - take time, relax and enjoy x

Everything about Bel Paese was terrible! We had a groupon voucher - but didnt get the paid value off the meal never mind the so called 'face value'never again!

Service was awful- the waitress was rude and cold. My friend's steak was terrible and when we complained we were greeted with eye rolls and sighs. Never going back again. Sad, it could be a wonderful little restaurant.

I went here with my sisters for dinner and we had a fantastic evening, the staff were so friendly and the food was so tasty.
